Let's see.  As Doug, Dan, Kevin, and Chris were driving along,

Doug spots Matt Cusmano on the road side.  Doug pulls up next to him and says

"Hey Matt".  It turned out to be somebody else.  He was like "Hey Fellas", and then we drove off.
